ITTF World Hopes Team: Final Day of Training Concludes

Courtesy of ITTF It was the final day of training prior to competing in the China Junior Open, which will be held in the same city commencing on Wednesday, June 17th, and concluding on Sunday, June 21, 2009. |
However, there was good news for the players, very good news, very good news indeed.
There was not a hint of disappointment that their time at the International Training Centre had come to a close.
Great Joy
“There was great joy”, said Zita Pidl, the ITTF World Hopes Team Manager. “Today the Butterfly clothing was given to all the players.”
The presentation of the equipment from the company that has supported the program so thoroughly, followed a two-hour training session involving the national coaches with Dejan Papic observing.
Clear Message
At the conclusion of the training there was a clear message to all the players.
“We expect a positive attitude, fighting spirit and fair play”, said Zita Pidl. “Any good result is just a plus but not the main goal this time; no pressure, just pure table tennis; we are looking forward to the competition.”
The training is over, now what has been learned can be put into practice.
