Dan Seemiller won the Macy Block Winter Open held in Dublin, OH last weekend, January 24, 2009. In the final, Joe Cochran led his coach Dan Seemiller 2-0 in games and 10-9 in game 3. Dan managed to win the game 13-11 and after that, he controlled play until the end winning 4-2.

In the doubles final the Seemillers, Dan and Dan Jr., staved off match point at 11-10 in the 7th with an edge ball and then went on to win 13-11 4-2 over Joe Cochran and Arjun Shankaren.
