Justen Yao & Alex Yao Training in Germany

Alex Yao & Justen Yao at the Gonnern Table Tennis Club in Germany

Justen Yao and Alex Yao trained at the elite Gonnern Table Tennis Club in Germany. Justen said, “The training was good, and my brother and I were able to train with all of them. The National Junior Team usually come and practice at Gonnern three times a month, so it was great for us to be able to play with them. Our training schedule was very tight, the schedule usually goes as follow: 9:30-12 PM-Train with Gonnern, 3:00-5:30 PM- Train at the National Junior training center in Frankfurt, and then 5:30-6:30 PM- Strength Training.”
