An Invitation to Umpire at the United States Junior and Cadet Open

Furthermore only nominations from national associations and federations will be considered.
Travel
Umpires selected or their national associations are responsible for insurance and travel costs involved in the journey to and from Grand Rapids.
Hospitality
Hotel accommodation will be provided from (check-in) Friday June 29, 2012 to (check-out) Thursday July 5, 2012.
All selected umpires will be provided US$50 per diem. Umpires must purchase their own food.
Advanced Umpires Training and Evaluations
An Advanced Umpires Training Course will be conducted on Friday June 29, 2012.
All umpires wishing to take the Advanced Umpires Training Course will be responsible for the extra night hotel stay and fees for the course. Evaluations will also be held.
Deadline Date
Nominations must be returned on or before Wednesday May 9, 2012.
National governing bodies will be notified of the umpires selected by Saturday May 12, 2012.
